Connect a terminal.

rememd does not launch your agent and does not watch your folders. Start your agent the way you always do, then run rememd connect in the terminal you are working in. That connection is what makes the session a target - everything else follows from it.

A workspace can live as markdown and JSON on your disk, or on a Postgres you run. You choose per workspace rather than once for the machine, so private work can stay local while a shared one lives on a backend, and either can move later.
